Scope:
1. Maladministration in the affairs of the PSETA in relation to the allocation, for the 2015/2016 financial year, of discretionary grants in terms of the Discretionary Grants Policy and any related unauthorised, irregular or fruitless and wasteful expenditure incurred by the PSETA.
2. Any unlawful or irregular conduct by (a) employees of the PSETA; or (b) any other person or entity, relating to the allegations referred to in paragraph 1 of this schedule.
