Scope:
1. The procurement of, or contracting for, services pertaining to the identification and removal of asbestos from houses within the FSP by or on behalf of the Department and payments made in respect thereof and any related
unauthorised, irregular or fruitless and wasteful expenditure incurred by the Department or the State as a result thereof.
2. Any unlawful or improper conduct by the employees or officials of the Department, the applicable service providers or any other person or entity in relation to the allegations set out in paragraph 1 above.
